Our History
After leaving the navy in 1918, George F. Rich, Sr. started a taxi and moving business in North Quincy, MA. The taxi was not large enough to accomodate the passengers and their baggage, so Rich convinced his father, F.B. Rich, to purchase a truck to move the baggage. They were joined by another son, Ernest, and the company was officially established as F.B. Rich & Sons.
